Steve provides strategic, financial and operational leadership for the Home Care Assistance business in Albuquerque. In addition to ensuring we fulfill the company's mission to "Change the way the world ages", Steve's goal is to create and maintain a company where people want to work. He explained, "If you don’t take care of your staff, it will reflect to and from, your clients. If we at Home Care Assistance want to provide the highest caliber home care, our caregivers need to believe in what we believe and stand for. The only way to do that is to demonstrate, through actions, to our employees and clients on a daily basis.” Prior to HCA, Steve enjoyed a 20-year career in the financial services sector holding positions in operations, sales & marketing, and senior management.
Niki Taylor - Administrator
Niki’s role at Home Care Assistance is Administrator. She has over 35 years of experience in the home care industry and has acquired skills to effectively and compassionately coordinate, manage and deliver the highest quality of care. In the Administrator role, her primary goal is to establish and nurture deep, long lasting relationships with Home Care Assistance clients. Ensuring that our clients are receiving the highest caliber of care and improving the quality of their life. Niki has worked in all aspects of the industry, from a caregiver in private homes and facilities up to an Administrator. Under Niki’s supervision, she has successfully managed up to 160 clients and 175 caregivers in one setting.
