The Palo Duro Senior Center at 5221 Palo Duro offers seniors a fun and rewarding class called Tuesday Angels that takes place each Tuesday from 8:30am to 11:30am. They create an array of items from donated materials. All items produced are donated to local hospitals and community groups.

The Los Volcanes Senior Center located off of Coors Boulevard offers therapeutic and low-impact seated fitness classes for seniors of all skill levels each Tuesday from 1:30pm to 2pm.
