There is quick access to a supervisor after hours, providing peace of mind. The care plan provided to caregivers spells out the client’s needs and preferences, leading to positive outcomes. We would recommend Home Care Assistance in Albuquerque to others with similar needs. The care givers have been reliable and competent. they are pleasant and patient. There have been very few problems. Of our current set of care givers, four have been with us for at least two years and we are very fond of them.

Also, our helpers had delightful, engaging personalities though at least one spent too much time on their phone under the guise of communicating with the office.
Bottom line: Just read your contract carefully, and appreciate the care they give. Couldn’t have made through my recovery without them.
